AG Remote Reels are manufactured to suit requirements in a wide variety of configurations, including tracked, wheeled and dumper arrangements. The unit is ideal for high-pressure jetting in restricted access sites where normal water supply is difficult. This standard remote reel features a one-metre-wide tracked undercarriage, powered by a 19HP diesel engine, with the brake drive driven through a valve chest arrangement. The custom-made frame and hydraulic drive hose reel holds 200 metres of 3/4” jetting hose. The unit is operated via an easy-to-use control panel for reel operation and precision maneuvering. Due to its low ground pressure it is suited for work on sports fields and golf courses.

The 1-Series high-pressure jetting machine can be installed in the smallest commercial vans due to a dry weight of under 250KG.

Developed with the performance and specification of much larger jetting machines, this compact powerhouse is the ultimate low-cost solution for domestic drainage and cleaning contractors and large scale users. Safety was a key aspect in the design of the 1-Series, with the inclusion of automatic HP pump protection and engine revs reset; features not usually available at this price point.

Powered by an emission compliant, fuel-injected 23HP V-Twin OHV petrol engine, the 1-Series offers maximum fuel efficiency and performance. It uniquely features an electronic control panel for ease-of-use and offers low-cost remote control upgrades due to the plug and play characteristics of the unit.

The lightweight machine features large capacity jetting and filling reels, unloader valve system and anti-freeze valve as standard. Installation and handling have been made easy due to the inclusion of dedicated lifting points, and its compact dimensions mean the unit can be fitted in small commercial vans with room for additional tools and equipment.

A popular machine with both small and large scale operators alike, the 2-Series is a fully-featured machine with a powerful 24HP diesel engine, hydraulic drive HP reel and integrated filling reel.

Single man operation can be added in the form of a remote control system or a hard-wired foot pedal system. Suitable for cleaning and unblocking sewers and drains up to 250mm, the 2-Series can be installed into almost any commercial vehicle and is ideally suited to domestic and light commercial work. Its compact size means it is a good choice for use in CCTV vans.

The versatility of the 2-Series has also proved key with contractors using it for tough surface cleaning tasks. The machine can be supplied with a full range of accessories for drain and surface cleaning, fat and grease removal as well as descaling.

With a dry weight of only 395KG, it is one of lightest high-performance jetting machines in its class.

Designed and built in the UK, the 4-Series was developed in conjunction with the engine manufacturer Yanmar. It utilises a 37HP water-cooled low-noise 3-cylinder diesel engine that is suitable for use tackling the toughest tasks in sewers and drains up to 350mm.

The best-in-class Yanmar engine is quieter and lighter than its predecessor without compromising on performance.  In fact, the 4-Series has a better torque curve with plenty of torque at low revs and improved timing according to engine load.

This combined with the increased water flow (13gpm) means that removing silt is much more efficient, while increased pressure (3625psi) is ideal for cutting through roots and hard deposits.

The 4-Series is supplied with the new lightweight single-wire hose and a set of nozzles that have been designed specifically to maximise performance.

The compact frame and dry weight of only 495kg mean the 4-Series can be comfortably installed in most mid-sized vans with plenty of room for tools, storage and welfare equipment. It is also available in a space-saving ‘Stack’ configuration for use in dual purpose CCTV vehicles.

Suitable for use in sewers and drains up to 300mm, the 3-Series is a Stage V emissions-compliant machine utilising a modern, powerful engine that is lighter, quieter and more cost-effective to operate than diesel-engine machines with similar characteristics. Until recent years, this type of jetter specification and level of performance was unavailable to operators with smaller commercial vehicles.

While it’s true that petrol engines run hotter than diesels, and there remains some scepticism about them in the industry, the 3-Series dissipates residual engine heat quickly. The new EFI engine also has a better torque curve, which maximises performance and efficiency, and the engine management system improves diagnostic capabilities and allows for engine remapping if required.

The 3-Series is feature-rich and includes an electronic push-button control panel for ease of operation. Due to its compact size, the 3-Series can be installed into almost any commercial vehicle.

With an industry-standard performance of 3000PSI @ 12GPM, the 3-Series more than meets the demands of the professional contractor, and is also designed for single user operation through the use of a 5-Channel Radio Remote Control. Stack and split system arrangements are also available.
