The Rioned FlexCom is a versatile, high-performance jetvac combination unit built for contractors operating in built-up areas where larger tankers can’t go. Mounted on a 7.5, 10, or 12-tonne chassis and driven by PTO from the vehicle engine, it delivers 2300 psi @ 29 gpm high-pressure jetting and 8,200 lpm suction via a Jurop PNR83 vacuum pump – tackling pipelines up to 650 mm across a wide range of urban drainage, sewer cleaning, and gulley emptying applications.

A movable partition (optional on 10 and 12t models) allows operators to hydraulically adjust the split between clean and waste water on a job-by-job basis, maximising flexibility across different tasks. Supplied as standard with Rioned’s award-winning eControl+ control system and an 11-channel RioMote remote, the FlexCom is designed for safe, efficient single-person operation from a distance. Chassis options include the 7.5t Mitsubishi Fuso Canter and 10 or 12t Mercedes Benz, DAF, or MAN platforms.

The Rioned MaxCom is a high-capacity 18-tonne jetvac combination tanker built for contractors tackling the most demanding drain and sewer maintenance in urban environments. Mounted on a MAN TGM 18.320 4×2 chassis and driven by PTO from the vehicle engine, it delivers 200 bar @ 100 lpm high-pressure jetting via a SPECK / Rioned P55 pump, and an exceptional 17,600 lpm suction capacity via a Jurop DL180 HDR oil-free air blower — handling pipelines, sewer cleaning, gulley emptying, and waste recovery at sustained pace across a full working shift.

The 8,000-litre welded steel split tank (7,000 litres waste / 1,000 litres clean) is sandblasted, internally epoxy-coated, and protected against over- and under-pressure for long-term durability. Four internal tank cleaning nozzles help clear wastewater and debris through the HP circuit. Fully opening hydraulic rear door, dedicated jetting, suction and filling reels, eControl+ machine management, and 11-channel RioMote remote control make the MaxCom a complete, intelligent platform for high-output drainage operations.

The Rioned RioCom is the definitive single-resolution drainage vehicle — compact enough for city streets and restricted access sites, yet powerful enough to rival machines twice its size. Mounted on a Euro 6 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter 7C18 chassis and driven by PTO from the vehicle’s turbocharged engine, it delivers 2250 psi @ 22 gpm jetting capacity and 8,200 lpm suction via a Jurop PNR83 vacuum pump — tackling pipelines up to 650 mm, grease traps, water wells, and flooded basements with ease.

The 3,000-litre steel tank (2,000 litres waste / 1,000 litres clean) features a fully opening rear door, hydraulic HP hose reel, suction reel, and 50 m filling reel as standard. Lockable roller-door storage cabinets on both sides provide ample space for PPE, tools, spring machines, and CCTV equipment. Controlled via Rioned’s eControl+ system with a 9-channel RioMote remote, the RioCom is designed for efficient single-person operation. ULEZ and Stage V compliant, with no HGV licence required for drivers who passed their test before 1997.

Powered by a Honda 24 hp petrol engine, it delivers 2000 psi @ 13 gpm jetting capacity and 5,000 lpm suction capacity, with pipelines up to 450 mm catered for.

The UniCom Basic is designed to mount on a 4.5t or 5.5t chassis — or alternatively on a trailer — and thanks to its compact dimensions, moves effortlessly through busy urban traffic. Where the Standard steps up from the Basic is in its fully enclosed engine and pump housing, hydraulically driven HP hose reel, integrated suction and filling reels, and storage cabinets on both sides of the tank. The FlexCom can be supplied with a sliding partition to allow the capacity of the clean water or waste water sections of the tank to be adjusted. The hydraulic cylinder allows you to move the partition to your preferred position.
