This plough jet type nozzle has proved a big hit with Rioned customers. Designed for flushing pipes with mud, sand, rocks and other debris on the pipe bottom, this heavyweight nozzle from USB utilises 3D fluid mechanics for fast cleaning. Its flat, heavy, wedge-shaped construction means it also works effectively in larger sewers up to 300m diameters.

Designed to clear away sand and stones. Because of their shape, they remain flat on the bottom of the sewer. Therefore they are extremely suitable to clean the bottom of wider drains. USB’s Super 12 Nozzle is a small high-efficiency ½” cleaning nozzle that offers superior performance due to 12 rear jets that spray at a 15° angle. Ideally suited for use in smaller pipes, the enhanced traction allows the nozzle to easily navigate the tightest bends, whilst the powerful rear jets offer excellent desilting properties.
The super un-blocker. This jetting nozzle has a special construction with a rotating ceramic part so that the water comes out in the form of a cone. This cone drills away any obstructions. At the same time the tornado has an excellent traction.

The 7.5t RioCom jetvac unit is a popular choice with drainage contractors and utility companies because of its maneuverability in urban areas with limited access. The vehicle is a ULEZ compliant combi unit due to its PTO drive and can also be driven without an HGV license by anyone who passed their test before 1997. This compact sewage tanker is built on a Mitsubishi Fuso Canter chassis featuring a Euro 6 turbo-charged, direct-injection engine. The RioCom jetvac combi incorporates a powerful Jurop PNR82 pump with a suction capacity of 1800 gpm and a high-pressure pump with a capacity of 2200 psi / 22 gpm.
The unique Riomote radio remote control system affords genuine single person operation with simple intuitive controls. The 180 ˚ pivoting high pressure reel provides optimum ergonomics and ease of use. The control panel pivots with the reel ensuring the best operating height and angle at all times. The MultiJet has two integrated 400 litres water tanks that are interconnected. The unique design and low centre of gravity ensures excellent driving characteristics and road stability. The aerodynamic design of the MultiJet contributes to lower fuel consumption of the towing vehicle. Noise levels are reduced to an absolute minimum by the use of a heat exchanger system to cool the engine. Two integrated and lockable tool compartments provide ample storage space for tools and other equipment.
The Rioned MultiJet is a high pressure jetting trailer designed and built with our latest jetting technology and is suitable for unblocking and cleaning drains and sewers up to 600 mm.

The FlexJet+ has excellent road holding and manoeuvring abilities thanks to its compact size. The hose reels are mounted at the perfect working height for ultimate operational comfort. The motor-pump compartment of the FlexJet+ is enclosed and supplied with flame retardant insulation material along with a special cooling system. The FlexJet+ has also been acoustically dampened to minimise noise pollution.

Due to the streamlined and modern design the FlexJet has a low air resistance. Thanks to the use of high strength steel and synthetic material the total weight remains low making it possible to carry more water. The FlexJet has an integrated 400 litre water tank with a large tool box and lockable cover. The lightweight FlexJet can be transported by practically all types of vehicle and on a standard driving license.

The CityJet PTO van pack jetter can be installed in a Mercedes Benz Sprinter or Vito (3.5 or 5 tonnes) that is equipped with the Mercedes PTO factory options. Drainage contractors working in multi-level car parks may choose the low clearance Vito. The drivetrain of this jetting van includes a transfer case that provides direct power.
The CityJet PTO is equipped with Riomote remote control and eControl+ operating panel. The machine is supplied as standard with two 300-litre water tanks, a 135° pivoting hose reel with mechanical freewheel, 80-metre MaxFlow HP hoses and a filling reel with 50 metres of NW19 hose. A CityJet PTO with PTO drive in a EURO-6 van meets all EU Stage V environmental regulations with the total weight lower than that of a jetting machine with a combustion engine. The single-engine operation of the jetter and van means reduced noise levels, which is a great advantage for drainage contractors working at night.

The HD30 mobile high pressure jetting machine is fitted with a petrol engine that guarantees optimal cleaning of small drains and sewers up to 200 mm.
The HD30 is very effective at cleaning street furniture and terraces. The HD30 can be connected directly to a water supply, therefore eliminating the need for a separate water tank. The HD30 is supplied with nozzles and a high pressure gun with lance.

The ProfiJet T4 van-pack drain jetter offers best-in-class performance, with unrivalled user-friendliness and a wealth of innovative features to make sewer and drain cleaning easier and more effective. The performance of the eCityJet van pack jetter is in no way inferior to that of diesel-driven machines. With a maximum working pressure of 200 bar and a water flow of 60 lpm, the jetting machine is ideally suited for unblocking pipes up to 350 mm. With fully charged batteries, it can handle 6 unblocking operations. The eCityJet can be fitted with six 5 kWh batteries. The batteries are charged using regular mains power from an ordinary wall socket and can be topped up during the day for longer flushing.
Rioned developed the world’s first fully electric sewer cleaning machine for pipes with a diameter of up to 350mm. The eCityJet van pack jetter has all the features of the conventional CityJet and meets all current and future environmental standards.
The fully electric CityJet jetting machine uses state-of-the-art technology, and features a strong electric motor powered by an extremely efficient battery pack. This means the machine produces zero emissions, which makes the eCityJet ideally suited as a van-pack for use in city centres where strict emission requirements apply and in areas that are completely or partially enclosed. The eCityJet has all the features of a conventional diesel-driven van-pack machine and is only marginally heavier. Depending on the selected battery configuration, the empty jetting machine weighs approximately 600 kg.

The UrbanJet van pack jetter has been designed for residential and light commercial drain cleaning work in pipes up to 300mm. The fully featured, lightweight jetting machine is ideal for use in smaller commercial jetting vans and is considerably lighter than a CityJet van pack jetter (ca 460 kg vs 550 kgs). The UrbanJet is supplied as a complete package including hydraulically driven high pressure hose reel with 60 metres MaxFlow lightweight jetting hose and filling reel with 35 metres of NW19 hose.
